Phoenix Neighborhood Rent Map: Spring 2019

Coming ahead of Milwaukee and Boise, Phoenix ranked as the 55th most expensive rental market in the nation with one bedroom rent growing 1% last month to $980, while two bedrooms increased 2.6% to $1,200.

On our first ever Phoenix neighborhood rent map, Paradise Valley ($1,550), Desert View ($1,330), and Ahwatukee Foothills ($1,080) were the most expensive areas. Mid-range priced rentals, for about the city one bedroom median if $980, could be found in Camelback East, Encanto and Central City.

On the other end of the cost spectrum, Estrella and Maryvale were the most affordable neighborhoods, both priced under $750.
