The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ remained the priciest city in the metro with one bedrooms priced at $1,310.
–Chandler, AZ was second with rent at $1,120.
–Gilbert, AZ one bedroom rent was $1,090, making it third.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ continued to rank as the most affordable city with rent at $760.
–Mesa, AZ was second with rent at $860.
–Avondale, AZ one bedroom rent was the third least expensive at $930.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Tempe, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.6%.
–Glendale, AZ one bedroom rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 13.4%.
–Chandler, AZ was third with rent jumping 12%.
