Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ saw rent drop $30 to $1,350 but managed to stay the most expensive city.
–Chandler, AZ saw rents increase to $1,200 but remain in the number two spot.
–Gilbert, AZ rent dipped by $20 and settled into the third most expensive city at $1,140.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ one bedroom rent remained flat at $780 and continued to rank as the most affordable city in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ was the second least expensive with rent at $900.
–Avondale, AZ rent dropped $10 to $940 but remained third.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Chandler, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.4%.
–Avondale, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ tied for the second spot, both climbing 8.9%.
–Gilbert, AZ wasn’t far behind, claiming the third spot with an 8.6% yearly growth rate.
