Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
– Scottsdale, AZ continued to rank as the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. The price of one bedroom units here decreased $10 since last month to a median of $1,250.
– Gilbert, AZ ranked as the second priciest city with rent at $1,000.
– Chandler, AZ was third at $940.
The Least Expensive
–Florence, AZ was the most affordable city and substantially less expensive than the rest of the metro with rent at $520.
–Glendale, AZ was the second least expensive at $730.
–Mesa, AZ dropped $10 this month to $780.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Tempe, AZ had the largest yearly growth rate, up 10.7%.
–Scottsdale, AZ followed closely behind with rent up 10.6% since this time last year.
–Phoenix, Arizona had the third fastest growing rent since last year, climbing 9.9%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Glendale, AZ had the fastest growing rent this month, up 4.3%.
