Cities Ranked By Rent

The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ saw rent drop another $30 to $1,320 but remain the priciest city in the metro.
–Chandler, AZ rent grew $10 to $1,210 and stay the second most expensive.
–Gilbert, AZ continued to be third with rent increasing $30 to $1,140.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ was the most affordable city in the metro with one bedroom rent falling $10 to $800 last month.
–Mesa, AZ ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $920.
–Avondale, AZ saw rent climb $20 to $980 but remain third.
Growth Rate

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Chandler, AZ saw rent grow 15.2%, making it the fastest growing.
–Goodyear, AZ rent was the second fastest growing, climbing 9.3%.
–Glendale, AZ ranked as third with rent up 8.1%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Surprise, AZ had the largest monthly growth rate, jumping 5.3%.
–Goodyear, AZ rent climbed 3.9% last month, making it second.
–Tempe, AZ followed closely behind as third with rent growing 3.8%.
