Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
– Scottsdale, AZ rent, although dropping $50 last month to $1,200, continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro area.
– Gilbert, AZ had the second priciest rent at $1,010.
–Tempe, AZ was third with one bedrooms priced at a median of $960.
The Least Expensive
–Casa Grande, AZ was the most affordable city with rent at $500.
–Florence, AZ rent, only $20 more than Casa Grande, ranked as the second least expensive.
–Glendale, AZ had the third most affordable rent at $700.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Tempe, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 12.9%.
–Phoenix, Arizona rent was the next fastest growing, climbing 7.2% since last year.
–Chandler, AZ rent had the third largest yearly growth rate, up 6.7%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Goodyear & Peoria, AZ were tied for the fastest growing rent since last month, both up 4.5%.
