Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ stayed steady as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,250.
–Gilbert, AZ ranked as second with rent at $1,090.
–Tempe, AZ outpaced Chandler to become the third priciest with rent growing $50 to $1,060.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ saw rent rise $10 to $750 but continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ was the second least expensive with rent at $910.
–Avondale, AZ followed closely behind as third with one bedrooms priced at $920.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Mesa, AZ had the fastest growing rent, up 13.8% since this time last year.
–Tempe, AZ rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 12.8%.
–Phoenix, Arizona was third with rent jumping 11.4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Tempe, AZ was the only city with a significant monthly rental growth rate, up 5%.
