The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ continued to rank as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,380.
–Chandler, AZ ranked as second with rent at $1,150.
–Gilbert, AZ followed closely behind as third with rent at $,110.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ saw rent grow to $820 but remain the most affordable city.
–Mesa, AZ was second with rent at $850.
–Avondale, AZ rent stayed stable at $950 last month and as the third least expensive in the metro.

–Glendale, AZ rent had the largest year over year growth rate, up 12.3%.
