Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ saw rent grow $10 to $1,390 last month and remain the priciest city.
–Chandler, AZ was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,150.
–Gilbert, AZ continued to rank as the third most expensive with rent increasing $20 to $1,130.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ rent grew $30 to $850 but stayed the most affordable in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ followed closely as the second least expensive with rent at $870.
–Surprise, AZ dropped to third with rent falling $20 to $940.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Glendale, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 10.4%.
–Chandler, AZ was second with rent growing 8.5% since this time last year.
–Tempe, AZ rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 8.2%.
