Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ rent jumped 4.8% to $1,320 and remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Gilbert, AZ prices also grew, climbing $50 to $1,100, and continued to rank as the second priciest.
–Chandler, AZ was third with rent at $1,050.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ saw rent grow $30 to $700 but stayed the most affordable in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ ranked as second with one bedrooms priced at $840.
–Phoenix & Avondale, AZ tied for the third least expensive city with rents both at $890.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Surprise, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, climbing 15.1%.
–Chandler, AZ had the second largest yearly rental growth rate, up 14.1%.
–Gilbert, AZ was third with rent jumping 13.4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Goodyear, AZ rent was the fastest growing last month, up 5.4%.
–Chandler & Mesa, AZ tied for second with prices both climbing 5% since last month.
–Scottsdale & Gilbert, AZ both had the third largest monthly rental growth rate, increasing 4.8%.
