Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ saw rent grow $50 to $1,430 but remain the priciest city.
–Chandler & Gilbert, AZ tied for second with one bedrooms both priced at $1,210.
–Goodyear, AZ ranked right after with rent at $1,110.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ stayed the most affordable city, though rent grew $20 to $860.
–Mesa, AZ saw rent drop $10 to $910 but continue to rank as the second least expensive.
–Phoenix, Arizona was third with rent at $1,000.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Chandler, AZ saw rent climb 15.2% since this time last year, making it the fastest growing.
–Scottsdale, AZ had the second largest year over year growth rate, up 13.5%.
–Avondale & Gilbert, AZ tied for third with rents both jumping 12%.
