Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ remained the most expensive city with rent growing $10 to $1,250.
–Gilbert, AZ was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,080.
–Tempe, AZ followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,070.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ saw rent climb $20 to $770 but continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ ranked as second with rent at $900.
–Avondale, AZ stayed the third least expensive city with rent at $920.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Glendale, AZ had the fastest growing rent, climbing 13.2% since this time last year.
–Tempe, AZ rent jumped 12.6%, making it second.
–Phoenix, Arizona had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, up 11.5%.
