Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ saw rent grow $10 to $1,380 but stay the most expensive city.
–Chandler & Gilbert, AZ tied for second with one bedrooms both priced at $1,160.
–Peoria, AZ followed as the next priciest with rent at $1,040.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ one bedroom rent dropped $30 to $780 and continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro.
–Mesa, AZ was the second least expensive with rent at $910.
–Avondale, AZ rent dropped $10 to $950 but remained third.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Chandler, AZ had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 10.5%.
–Gilbert, AZ rent was the second fastest growing, climbing 8.4%.
–Goodyear, AZ had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, jumping 7.4%.
