Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Scottsdale, AZ continued to reign as the most expensive city, though rent fell $70 to $1,290 last month.
–Gilbert, AZ rent saw a similar drop to Scottsdale’s, decreasing $60 to $1,070.
–Chandler, AZ remained third with rent at $1,050.
The Least Expensive
–Glendale, AZ was the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $750.
–Mesa, AZ saw rent fall $30 to $880 and ranked as the second least expensive in the metro.
–Avondale, AZ followed closely behind as third with rent at $900.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Peoria, AZ, similar to last month, had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.6%.
–Mesa, AZ rent had the second largest year over year growth rate, climbing 11.4%.
–Chandler, AZ rent grew 10.5% since this time last year, making it third.
