Philadelphia Neighborhood Rent Map: Spring 2018

According to our most recent national rent report, Philadelphia ranked as the 17th most expensive rental market with the price of one bedrooms falling 1.4% to $1,450, while two bedrooms increased a slight 0.6% to $1,650.

This spring, on our newly expanded map, Logan Square ($1,860) was the most expensive neighborhood to rent. Following closely behind, Riverfront ($1,800),  University City ($1,795), and Old City ($1,750) were the next priciest areas. More affordable rentals, priced under $1,100, could be found in Point Breeze, Powelton, and Pennsport.

The most affordable neighborhoods to rent were McGuire ($500), Harrowgate ($525), and Millbrook ($550).
