The Zumper Orlando Metro Report analyzed active listings last month across metro cities to identify the most and least expensive cities and those with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,606 last month.

The Most Expensive
- Clermont ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,650.
- Kissimmee was the second priciest with rent at $1,590.
- Apopka came in third with rent at $1,540.
The Least Expensive
- Leesburg was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,030.
- Ocala ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,190.
- Palm Bay was third with rent priced at $1,240.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Kissimmee had the fastest growing rent, up 8.2% since this time last year.
- Daytona Beach saw rent climb 4.9%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Altamonte Springs was third with rent increasing 4%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Ocala had the largest monthly growth rate, up 2.6%.
- Ormond Beach was second with rent climbing 2.4%.
- Clermont saw rent climb 1.9%, making it third.
