The Zumper Orlando Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in August 2019 across 16 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Texas one bedroom median rent was $1,218 last month.

–New Smyrna Beach was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,400.
–Orlando rent grew 0.8% last month to $1,310 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Kissimmee was third with rent priced at $1,280.

-Leesburg ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $720.
–Deland was second with rent at $800.
-Daytona Beach ranked as third with rent staying flat at $850.

–Ocala had the fastest growing rent, up 8.7% since this time last year.
–Titusville saw rent climb 8.2%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Ormond Beach was third with rent growing 7.1%
