The Zumper Orlando Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in September 2019 across 15 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,212 last month.

–New Smyrna Beach was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,350.

–Orlando rent dropped 1.5% last month to $1,290 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Kissimmee was third with rent priced at $1,260.

–Leesburg ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $730.

–Palm Coast was second with rent at $850.

–Daytona Beach was third with rent up 1.2% to $860.

–Port Orange had the fastest growing rent, up 14.7% since this time last year.

–Ormond Beach saw rent climb 12.2%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Daytona Beach was third with rent growing 6.2%.

–Clermont rent jumped 4.3% last month, making it the second fastest growing.

–Melbourne ranked as third with rent up 1.4%.
