The Zumper Orlando Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in October 2019 across 15 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,214 last month.

–New Smyrna Beach was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,280.

–Kissimmee rent stayed flat at $1,260 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Clermont was third with rent at $1,240.

–Deland ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $780.

–Daytona Beach was second with rent at $850.

–Palm Coast ranked as third with rent up 4.7% to $890.

–Titusville had the fastest growing rent, up 15.8% since this time last year.

–Deland saw rent climb 14.7%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Port Orange was third with rent growing 8.5%.

– Palm Coast had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 4.7%.

–Clermont rent jumped 3.3% last month, making it the second fastest growing.

–Palm Bay ranked as third with rent up 2.2%.
