The Zumper Orlando Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in December 2019 across 14 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,193 last month.

–Orlando was the most expensive city with one bedroom rent growing 0.8% to $1,260.
–Kissimmee & New Smyrna Beach tied for the second priciest city with rents both at $1,240.
–Winter Park remained third, though rent grew 3.4% to $1,220.

–Daytona Beach ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $850.
–Ocala saw rent drop 5.3% and rank as the second least expensive city.
–Palm Bay was third with rent down 1.1% to $910.

–Ormond Beach had the fastest growing rent, up 15.9% since this time last year.
–Titusville saw rent climb 15.4%, making it second.
–Port Orange was third with rent jumping 10.8%.
