Orlando Metro Report: December 2019

The Zumper Orlando Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in November 2019 across 15 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,198 last month.

–Kissimmee and Orlando were the most expensive cities with one bedrooms priced at $1,250.

–New Smyrna Beach rent dropped 3.1% to $1,240 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Winter Park was third with rent at $1,180.

–Deland ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $800.

–Daytona Beach was second with rent at $850.

–Palm Bay rent dropped 2.1% to $920 and ranked as third least expensive.

–Titusville had the fastest growing rent, up 15.6% since this time last year.

–Palm Coast saw rent climb 9.4%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Ocala was third with rent growing 8.0%.

– Palm Coast had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 4.5%.

–Deland and Winter Park rents tied for second, both up 2.6%.
