–Portsmouth was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,200.

–Virginia Beach rent dropped 0.9% last month to $1,090 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Chesapeake was third with rent priced at $1,040.

-Norfolk ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $840.

–Newport News was second with rent at $900.

-Hampton ranked as third with rent growing 4.5% to $930.

–Hampton had the fastest growing rent, up 13.4% since this time last year.

–Portsmouth saw rent climb 6.2%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Norfolk was third with rent growing 2.4%
