– Chesapeake rent grew 4.6% to $1,070 and ranked as the second priciest city.
– Virginia Beach remained third with rent at $1,110.

–Newport News ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $890.
–Norfolk was second with rent at $900.
–Hampton ranked as the third least expensive with rent down 3.2% to $920.
