  • Kingston, NY ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,500.
  • Bridgeport, CT was the second least expensive with rent priced at $1,650.
  • Paterson, NJ ranked as third with rent at $1,730.

  • Newark, NJ had the fastest growing rent, up 16.7% since this time last year.
  • White Plains, NY saw rent climb 13.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
