The Most Expensive
- New York City, NY ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $4,330.
- Hoboken, NJ was the second priciest with rent at $3,510.
- Jersey City, NJ ranked third with rent at $3,050.
The Least Expensive
- Kingston, NY ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,500.
- Bridgeport, CT was the second least expensive with rent priced at $1,650.
- Paterson, NJ ranked as third with rent at $1,730.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Newark, NJ had the fastest growing rent, up 16.7% since this time last year.
- White Plains, NY saw rent climb 13.5%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Newburgh, NY was third with rent increasing 12.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Stamford, CT rent was the fastest growing, up 6.1%.
- Hoboken, NJ was second with rent climbing 6%.
- Newburgh, NY ranked as third with rent increasing 3.8% last month.
