  • Bloomington was the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,480.
  • St. Louis Park was the second priciest with rent at $1,460.
  • Plymouth ranked as third with rent at $1,450.

The Least Expensive

  • St. Paul was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,200.
  • Minneapolis ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,290.
  • Maplewood was third with rent at $1,360.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Maplewood had the fastest growing rent, up 27.1% since this time last year.
  • St. Louis Park aw rent climb 10.8%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • St. Paul was third with rent increasing 9.1%.

The Fastest Growing (M/M%)

  • Maplewood had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.4%.
