–Minneapolis rent grew 5.3% last month to $1,380 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Bloomington and Eden Prairie were tied for third with rent priced at $1,360.

-St. Paul ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,100.
–Maple Grove was second with rent at $1,200.
-Plymouth ranked as third with rent down 1.5% to $1,290.
