Cities Ranked By Rent

–Apple Valley, MN rent grew $60 since last month to $1,340 and remained the most expensive in the metro.
–Edina, MN moved up one spot to rank as the second most expensive city with rent at $1,300.
–Minneapolis & Eden Prairie, MN tied for the third priciest city with one bedrooms both priced at $1,260.

–Coon Rapids, MN rent stayed stable at $840 and continued to be the most affordable.
–St. Paul, MN saw prices drop $30 to $910 but stayed the second least expensive city to rent.
–Burnsville, MN was third with rent at $950.
Growth Rate

–Eagan, MN rent had the largest yearly growth rate, up 15.2%.
–Minnetonka, MN followed closely behind with a 14.8% yearly growth rate.
–Maple Grove, MN was third with rent climbing 11.6% since this time last year.

–Edina, MN rent jumped 4.8% since last month, making it the second fastest growing.
