–Edina was the priciest city with one bedrooms at $1,500.
–Eden Prairie and Minneapolis rents were both priced at $1,310 and tied for the second most expensive city.
–Bloomington was third with rent at $1,360.

–St. Paul ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,160.
–St Louis Park was second with rent at $1,240.

–Bloomington had the fastest growing rent, up 5.7% since this time last year.
–Edina saw rent climb 2.7%, making it the second fastest growing.
