–Minneapolis ranked as the second priciest with rent at $1,310.
–St. Louis Park was third with rent priced at $1,300.

–St Paul ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,220.
–Bloomington was second with rent at $1,250.
-Eden Prairie saw rent drop 1.5% to $1,290 but rank as the third least expensive.
