–Edina was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,520.

–Minneapolis ranked as the second priciest with rent at $1,310.

–St. Louis Park was third with rent priced at $1,300.

–St Paul ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,220.

–Bloomington was second with rent at $1,250.

-Eden Prairie saw rent drop 1.5% to $1,290 but rank as the third least expensive.

–St. Paul had the fastest growing rent, up 10.9% since this time last year.

–Edina saw rent climb 7.8%, making it the second fastest growing.

-Bloomington was third with rent jumping 5.9%.
