–St Louis Park rent grew 5.4% to $1,370 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Eden Prairie was third with rent at $1,280.

–Roseville ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,070.
–St Paul was second with rent at $1,230.
–Bloomington rent dropped 0.8% to $1,240 and ranked as the third least expensive.

–Plymouth saw rent climb 5.0%, making it the second fastest growing.
