Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Apple Valley, MN rent grew $20 since last month and continued to be the most expensive in the metro area.
–Minnetonka, MN ranked as second with one bedrooms priced at $1,250.
–Edina, MN followed closely behind with rent at $1,240.

–Coon Rapids, MN had the most affordable rent in the metro at $840.
–St. Paul, MN was the second least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $940.
–Burnsville, MN‘s rent was only $30 more than St. Paul’s and ranked as the third most affordable.
Growth Rate
