Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Minneapolis, MN continued to reign as the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. One bedroom units were priced at a median of $1,280.
–Apple Valley, MN climbed up a spot this month to become the second priciest city with rent at $1,260.
–Minnetonka, MN fell to third with rent at $1,240.

–Coon Rapids, MN remained the least expensive city to rent with one bedroom units priced at $840.
–St. Paul, MN, close behind, was the second most affordable city with rent at $900.
–Burnsville, MN fell behind Bloomington this month to become the third least expensive city. Rent here was $970.

–Apple Valley, MN rent had the second fastest yearly growth rate, up 14.5%.
