South Pointe and Village of Key Biscayne had the fastest growing rents this winter, up 8.3% and 6.3%, respectively, since last quarter.
Although Fisher Island continued to rank as the most expensive area to rent, Venetian Islands ($2,600), Village of Key Biscayne ($2,500), and South Pointe ($2,500) were the next priciest neighborhoods.
Areas with mid-range priced rentals, around $1,500, included Nautilus in Miami beach, Biscayne Bay in Coral Gables, and West Little Havana in Miami proper.
