The Zumper Miami Metro Report analyzed active listings last month across metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,605 last month.

The Most Expensive
- Miami ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $2,550.
- Miami Beach was the second priciest with rent at $2,480.
- Coral Gables ranked third with rent at $2,440.
The Least Expensive
- Coral Springs was the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,550.
- Homestead ranked as the second least expensive with rent at $1,560.
- Deerfield Beach & Lauderhill were tied for third with rents both at $1,600.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
- Sunrise had the fastest growing rent, up 9.2% since this time last year.
- Homestead saw rent climb 4%, making it the second fastest growing.
- Lauderhill was third with rent increasing 3.2%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
- Sunrise had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.6%.
- Miami Gardens was second with rent climbing 5.2%.
- Davie ranked as third with rent increasing 4.4% last month.
