  • Miami ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at $2,550.
  • Miami Beach was the second priciest with rent at $2,480.
  • Coral Gables ranked third with rent at $2,440.

The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)

  • Sunrise had the fastest growing rent, up 9.2% since this time last year.
  • Homestead saw rent climb 4%, making it the second fastest growing.
  • Lauderhill was third with rent increasing 3.2%.

  • Sunrise had the largest monthly growth rate, up 5.6%.
  • Miami Gardens was second with rent climbing 5.2%.
  • Davie ranked as third with rent increasing 4.4% last month.
