Cities Ranked By Rent

–Miami, Floride rent, although staying stable again this month, continued to rank as the most expensive in the metro.
–Miami Beach, FL was second with one bedrooms priced at $1,670.
–Boca Raton, FL followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,650.
Le moins cher
–Homestead, FL saw rent grow 2.2% since last month but it continued to be the most affordable in the metro.
–Lauderhill, FL prices were the second least expensive at $1,010.
–Coral Springs, FL ranked as third with rent at $1,150.
Growth Rate

–Boca Raton, FL saw a 7.1% spike in rent since this time last year, making it the second fastest growing.
