The Zumper Miami Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in September 2019 across 30 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,212 last month.

–Sunny Isles Beach was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,800.
–Coral Gables rent dropped 0.6% last month to $1,740 and ranked as the second priciest city.
–Miami was third with rent priced at $1,720.

–Homestead ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,040.
–Lake Worth was second with rent at $1,120.
–Lauderhill ranked as third with rent up 4.6% to $1,130.

–Miami Gardens had the fastest growing rent, up 14.6% since this time last year.
–Lauderhill saw rent climb 13.0%, making it the second fastest growing.
–Lake Worth was third with rent growing 12.0%.

–Miramar rent jumped 4.9% last month, making it the second fastest growing.
