Miami Metro Report: November 2019

The Zumper Miami Metro Area Report analyzed active listings in November 2019 across 30 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom median rent was $1,198 last month.

–Sunny Isles Beach was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,780.

–Miami rent stayed flat at $1,710 and ranked as the second priciest city.

–Coral Gables was third with rent at $1,700.

–Homestead ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $1,040.

–Lauderhill was second with rent at $1,100.

–Miami Gardens rent dropped 5.1% to $1,110, and ranked as third.

–Lake Worth had the fastest growing rent, up 15.0% since this time last year.

–Homestead saw rent climb 10.6%, making it the second fastest growing.

–Weston was third with rent jumping 8.2%.

–Aventura rent jumped 1.2% last month, making it the second fastest growing.

–Hallandale Beach ranked as third with rent up 0.7%.
