Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Miami, Floride held onto its position as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,790.
–Boca Raton, FL followed $10 behind as second with rent at $1,780.
–Miami Beach, FL was third with rent at $1,650.
Le moins cher
–Lauderhill, FL rent grew $50 to $1,090 but remained the most affordable in the metro.
–Homestead, FL followed closely behind as second with rent at $1,100.
–Coral Springs, FL ranked as third with one bedrooms priced at $1,230.

–Boca Raton, FL was second with rent climbing 14.8%.
–Davie, FL had the third largest year over year rental growth rate, increasing 14%.
