Cities Ranked By Rent

–Miami, Floride was the most expensive city to rent with one bedroom units priced at $1,800.
–Boca Raton, FL rent grew 4.8% since last month and outpaced Miami Beach as the second priciest city.
–Miami Beach, FL had the third most expensive rent at $1,700.

–Homestead, FL rent remained flat since last month at $850 and continued to be the most affordable.
–Lauderhill, FL saw rent drop 3% to $960, ranking as the second least expensive city.
–Coral Springs, FL was the third most affordable city with rent at $1,150.

–Deerfield Beach, FL followed closely behind with rent growing 15% since this time last year.
–Sunrise, FL ranked as third with a 9.6% yearly growth rate.
