Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Miami, Floride remained the most expensive city in the metro area with one bedroom rent at $1,800 this month.
–Boca Raton, FL ranked as second with rent priced at $1,700.
–Miami Beach, FL followed behind as third with a median rent for one-bedroom units at $1,680.
The Least Expensive
–Homestead, FL ranked as the most affordable city to rent in the metro area with $870 median rent.
–Lauderhill, FL saw a 5.2% rent increase to $1,010 last month, ranking as the second least expensive city.
–Coral Springs, FL rent remained flat at $1,150 and continued to rank as the third most affordable city in the metro area.
Yearly Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Deerfield Beach, FL had the fastest growing rents since this time last year, up 13.3%.
–Boca Raton, FL had the second fastest growing yearly rent, increasing 11.8%.
–Davie, FL ranked as third, with a yearly growth rate of 10.3%.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Lauderhill, FL rent rose the fastest since last month, climbing 5.2%.
–Homestead, FL had the second fastest growing monthly rent, up 4.7% since last month.
–Davie, FL ranked as third with one bedroom rent growing 2.4%.
