Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Miami, Floride continued to rank as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,800.
–Boca Raton, FL rent stayed at $1,700 and as the the second priciest in the metro.
–Miami Beach, FL saw rent grow $10 to $1,650 but remained third.
Le moins cher
–Homestead, FL was the most affordable city with rent staying stable at $940 last month.
–Lauderhill, FL one bedroom rent dropped $10 to $1,050 but remained the second least expensive.
–Hialeah, FL ranked as third with rent at $1,200.
Growth Rate

–Davie, FL saw rent climb 14.6% since this time last year, making it second.
–Fort Lauderdale, FL was third with rent jumping 8.1%.
