Cities Ranked By Rent

Le plus cher
–Miami, Floride continued to rank as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,760.
–Boca Raton, FL was second with rent at $1,700.
–Miami Beach, FL rent stayed flat at $1,650 and as the third priciest in the metro.

–Homestead, FL remained the most affordable city with rent at $940.
–Lauderhill, FL ranked as the second least expensive with one bedrooms priced at an even $1,000.
–Coral Springs, FL dropped two spots to rank as third with rent falling to $1,210.
Growth Rate
