Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Miami, Floride rent remained flat at $1,750 and continued to reign as the most expensive in the metro.
–Boca Raton, FL ranked as the second priciest city with one bedrooms priced at $1,650.
–Miami Beach, FL was third with rent at $1,580.

–Lauderhill, FL was the most affordable city with rent at an even $1,000.
–Homestead, FL prices ranked as the second least expensive at $1,070.
–Coral Springs, FL rent, though climbing 4.5% to $1,150, was the third most affordable in the metro.
Growth Rate
