Miami Metro Report: December 2017

The Zumper Miami Metro Report analyzed active listings in November across 19 metro cities to show the most and least expensive cities and cities with the fastest growing rents. The Florida one bedroom state median was $1,187 last month.

Cities Ranked By Rent

Miami, Floride rent remained flat at $1,750 and continued to reign as the most expensive in the metro.

Boca Raton, FL ranked as the second priciest city with one bedrooms priced at $1,650.

Miami Beach, FL was third with rent at $1,580.

Lauderhill, FL was the most affordable city with rent at an even $1,000.

Homestead, FL prices ranked as the second least expensive at $1,070.

Coral Springs, FL rent, though climbing 4.5% to $1,150, was the third most affordable in the metro.

Growth Rate

Sunrise, FL was second with rent climbing 12.2%.

Plantation, FL rent had the third largest yearly growth rate, jumping 8%.

Weston, FL followed closely behind as second with prices up 5%.

Coral Springs, FL had the third fastest growing rent, increasing 4.5%.
