Cities Ranked By Rent

–Miami, Floride was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,780.
–Miami Beach, FL ranked as second with rent at $1,690.
–Fort Lauderdale, FL followed closely behind as third with rent at $1,650.

–Homestead, FL remained the most affordable city with rent at $940.
–Lauderhill, FL rent was priced at $1,060, making it the second least expensive in the metro.
–Sunrise, FL was third with rent at $1,200.
Growth Rate
