Mapping San Francisco Rent Prices This Summer (June 2016)

Although San Francisco rent prices were fairly flat last month, the city continued to rank as the most expensive rental market in the nation. One bedroom units grew 0.8% to a median price of $3,590, while two bedroom units increased a slight 0.4% to $4,800. Compared to May of last year, rent prices for both bedroom types have appreciated 2.6%, however are below peak prices seen in the fall of 2015.
