Mapping Rent Prices In Denver This Summer (June 2016)

Last month, Denver became the 16th most expensive rental market in the nation, jumping one spot to overtake Baltimore. In the period, one bedroom rent prices remained flat at $1,220, while two bedrooms decreased 1.7% to $1,730.

At a median price of $2,300, Golden Triangle was the most expensive Denver neighborhood for renters this summer. Lodo ($1,890), Central Business District ($1,860), and Cherry Creek ($1,850) were the next priciest areas. More affordable options under $900 could be found in places such as Vicca Park, Valverde, and Mar Lee.
