Miami ranked as the 9th most expensive rental market in the nation this month, with the price of one bedroom units at a median of $1,910 and two bedroom units at $2,500. This city came ahead of Seattle, Honolulu, and San Diego in our most recent list of rent prices across the U.S.

The most expensive areas to rent this fall, all either at or above the $2,500 threshold, were Fisher Island ($5,100), Venetian Islands ($2,600), and Park West ($2,500). More affordable options, priced at less than $1,500, could be found in Coral Gables and include Riviera, Biscayne Bay, and Hammocks.
