Mapping Miami Neighborhood Rent Prices (Fall 2018)

Ranking just out of the top 10 cities, Miami was the 11th most expensive rental market in the nation last month. One bedroom rent stayed stable at $1,800, while two bedrooms dropped 1.2% to $2,400. Miami_MonthlyPriceMedianMap_Winter2018

While Brownsville et Sunrise Point had some of the fastest growing rents last quarter, up 12.5% and 10%, respectively, Hialeah Acres et Country Club Section took the biggest rent dips, both down over 9%.

This winter, in Miami Beach, Fisher Island ($6,500) and Beach View ($2,300) were the most expensive neighborhoods to rent. Park West ($2,375) and Wynwood ($2,100) were the priciest areas in Miami, while Industrial Section ($2,100) and Coral Gables Section ($1,930) reigned as the most expensive in Coral Gables.

Meanwhile, if you’re looking for more affordability, Nautilus in Miami Beach, Upper East Side in Miami, and Tahiti in Coral Gables all had rentals priced under the city’s one bedroom median of $1,800.
