Mapping Denver Rent Prices This Summer (August 2016)

Denver ranked as the 21st most expensive city to rent this month, coming ahead of Long Beach, Baltimore, and Austin. The median price of one bedroom units fell 3.2% to a median of $1,200, while two bedroom units dropped 2.9% to $1,650.

The most expensive neighborhoods to rent this summer were bustling Golden Triangle ($2,200), Lodo ($1,950), and Central Business District ($1,800). Some mid-range priced rentals close to these exciting neighborhoods, but for a few hundred dollars less, included Globeville ($1,000), Sunny Side ($1,150), and Speer ($1,200).
The most affordable neighborhoods this summer, all priced under $900, were Ruby Hill, Westwood, and Sun Valley.
