Mapped: Denver Neighborhood Rent Prices (Spring 2019)

Coming ahead of Providence and Atlanta, Denver ranked as the 16th most expensive city with one and two bedroom rents settling at $1,530 and $1,950 last month. Notably, one bedroom rent in this city is up over 9% since this time last year.

On our latest version of the Denver neighborhood rent map, Union Station ($2,400), Central Business District ($2,250), and Auraria ($1,800) were the most expensive areas to rent. More affordable rentals, priced closer to the city one bedroom median of $1,530, could be found in Baker, City Park, et Stapleton.

On the other end of the cost spectrum, Montbello et Elyria Swansea were the most affordable neighborhoods, both priced below $900.
